How product moves through the structure.

Stage 01
Market Identification

SynCom identifies a category where existing products address a real consumer need imprecisely. The opportunity must be defensible and manufacturable.

Stage 02
Product Design & IP

SynCom designs the product to specification — form, function, materials, user experience. IP protections are pursued where the design represents genuine novelty. All IP is held by SynCom.

Stage 03
Manufacturing Partner Selection

SynCom selects manufacturing partners based on precision capability, quality controls, and capacity alignment. Partners execute production to SynCom's specifications under SynCom's oversight.

Stage 04
Wholesale Distribution

Finished product moves from SynCom to Consumer Products Division. CPD takes inventory and prepares it for distribution through brand-specific storefronts.

Stage 05
Direct-to-Consumer Sale

Consumer Products Division sells the product to end consumers through brand-specific storefronts and channels. Payment is processed by Stripe across all SynCom brands. Fulfillment is handled by CPD.

Wholesale inquiries.

SynCom accepts qualified wholesale inquiries through Consumer Products Division for retail channel partners.
